Abstract

Current tissue models are limited by their inability to conclusion and associated tissue micro-environments. 

Here we stimulate multi-layer Cartilage. And dermis and sub-dermis  'Assembloid’ by reconstituting  tissue  stemcells  with stromal components to represent an organized architecture with an epithelium surrounding stromal and an outer  Cartilage. And dermis and sub-dermis layer. 

These 'Assembloid'  exhibit characteristics of mature Cartilage. And adult dermis and sub-dermis in cell composition  and  gene expression at the  single-cell transcriptome level,  and recapitulate in vivo tissue dynamics  of regenerative  responses to injury.
